new years resolutions

NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS

thats the picture i have used the last few years for my new years resolutions
my resolutions havent changed much over the last few years
this year
they will be about the same

stay healthy
thats mentally and physically
both are equally important
they are also tied to each other
i am finished with my ucla monthly infusions of aduhelm
now im just waiting as i blogged earlier this week

eat healthy
i mainly eat a vegetarian diet
the mind diet is the best diet to eat especially for the brain
eating healthy is the secret to longevity and disease prevention

exercise
my exercise is mainly gardening
below is a picture i posted last year
thats my gym i do my work outs in 
the garden
last year my steps were 5768 per day
the year before it was 4826

ill probably post that same picture next year also

relax relax
take time to relax
my relaxation is mainly when i garden especially when i have the whole garden to myself
especially in the early morning 
some people meditate
the garden is my meditation
my stress reliever

seize the moment
thats what my wife and i say to each other some time
seize the moment when we dont want to do something 
when we do we are usually glad we did

or i could just write ditto when i do my resolutions
will you ditto yours or make new ones

the good thing about my resolutions i can usually keep them since i am already doing them anyway
