today is a day of giving
be looking around for your favorite charity or non profit
today is the push to donate to them

these charities and nonprofits cant survive without your help

we have about 3 that we routinely donate to each year
they are ones that mean something to us personally

eg
the alzheimers association
we usually do our donations in the fall when we do our walk to end alzheimers

remember donating doesnt always have to be money
donating your time as a volunteer is a big part of keeping a nonprofit or charity going

another is our community garden linked above and below
it is where i have focused most of my volunteer hours and donations

eg i am the volunteer garden manager and am also the chair of our committee that runs the place
we do a lot of good as described in our link above and below
i do a big donation each year with my time at about 15-20 hours a week

find a nonprofit or charity that matches with whats important to you
do a money donation that you can afford
and
donate your time

that time donation is one of the hardest thing that many nonprofits need a lot of
