MY NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS

i went back and read the blog and read my list below of my resolutions
so ill go through each one to see how i did
an aside here my wife she doesnt do new years resolutions
i do
she doesnt do lists
i do
she isnt a planner
i am
exercise
so i looked at my steps on my iphone for 2022
i averaged 4826 steps a day
i spent a lot of time each week gardening
eat healthy
i try to eat healthy and think i do a good job of it
i say i am a 90% vegetarian
i try to do the mind diet
stay healthy
i try to do all the healthy things one is suppose to do
i think i do a good job
my weight is stable now having gotten to a weight about 10 lbs less than i was when i got sick 3 years ago when i lost close to 50 lbs
my sleep is my biggest health issue but i manage to get 7 hours a day with adding an afternoon nap
relax relax
i think i do a good job of relaxing
i dont feel like i have a lot of stresses in my life
drink a glass of wine each day
i no longer drink a glass of wine a day
its been over 2 years since i had my last one
i stopped because it was aggravating my reflux problems
it feels like i am drinking gasoline
i would restart a glass of wine a day if i could
keep your financial house in order
i feel like our finances are in good shape
we dont live over our means
keep your end of life paperwork up to date
done
we have them all completed
seize the moment when it appears
im not real good at that
i have to remind myself sometimes
i say to myself
you need to seize the moment
so i do
sometimes
so for 2023
my new years resolutions
are
exercise
i get a lot of steps in walking to our garage and parking at the back of parking lots and working in the garden and grand parenting
i also get a lot of physical exercise doing gardening work

eat healthy
i plan to continue as i am doing
stay healthy
i plan on doing all those healthy things one is suppose to do that i have written here multiple times over the years
i will continue to get my monthly infusions of aduhelm at ucla also
relax relax
i plan to do that as i have been doing
i dont ever really feel stressed out as ive said before
i dont let things get me mad
well most things
seize the moment
im working on that one
have a good year
