the next one if we keep election days the same day will be 2394

a total eclipse blood boon is described in the article 
basically the sun moon and earth aligns just right so that we end up with a few hours of this blood moon

is it a harbinger of our elections today
is this the last blood moon total eclipse on election day
are our elections going to get doomed so they wont happen again when we have our next blood moon total eclipse

i know im worried
i know a lot of folks are worried

if the election goes the wrong way there will be a lot of politicians if they lose they will claim its all fraudulent
what do they claim if they win

something smells here

i suggest we all reread the fairy tale  hans christian andersens the emperors new clothes

it seems the us has the most secure and accurate elections of any country

today the election results will come in showing those who voted today as the first vote count
later the mail in will be counted

the republican vote count will look way ahead first since normally they vote same day
then since most democrats vote mail in or early voting the numbers will start getting closer and closer
then
eventually all the votes will be counted and the final count will all even out

i personally trust the election results
i personally will accept what the vote counts are
even if those i voted for dont win

thats what we all should do


i voted a few weeks ago via mail
in the comfort of our condo i sat down and read about the candidates and the issues and did my voting
at my own speed
in fact i voted then waited before i mailed in my ballot
yes
i mailed my ballot in

i got a notice after two days my ballot had been received and counted

i have confidence in the system

i am excited the vote turnout has been high today like it was two years ago
its easier i think to accept the results as being the will of the people when a lot of folks vote

alas
here where we live its cloudy and raining
we will not see the election day blood moon total eclipse

i wont ever get a chance to see one again

hopefully
it wont be my last election i we get to vote in
