thats what its like being a dallas cowboy fan
its like having the flu
during the season its like having a bad case of the flu
you know for most of the last 20 years that it will hit you again
then
at the end you will feel washed out weak tired just feel awful
as you watch all the other teams in the playoffs
its like being tortured being a cowboy fan
especially this year with all the good players they had
just losing half their games and winning against mostly teams worse than they are
its hard to watch all those other teams making their move towards the super bowl
as
each fall each september us cowboy fans get our hopes up
just to get them dashed
ok we feel your pain browns fans bengals fans also
whats the cure the treatment for this flu
the ultimate treatment is for
the owner to die and have them pry his hands off those cowboys
im sure even when he is dead he wont let go
but
thats probably when the cowboys fate will improve
alas
he looks like he could last past a hundred
so
i may not be around to seem him let go
they fired their coach
taking a tortuous week to do it
just do the nike thing
just do it and be done with it
now
i say
like in our politics we need to give it all up to the younger generation coaches
start with a fresh approach
find that young upstart coach that will infuse energy and hope into this franchise
and
jerry will you keep your hands off what he does
since
your touch isnt working very well and hasnt for the last 20 years
so
today
i feel like i have the flu
i feel aching tired with a headache with no get up and go
i think that if they would find that right coach to help the cowboys start afresh
that will make me feel a lot better today and the rest of the off season
