the bee
doing its work

my wife she had never seen the bees up close
we only had one bee suit
the one time i went there and messed with them
without a bee suit on
i suffered the ultimate price
a zappo on the lip
that made me look like
my wife she had backhanded me a good one
which
i know
at times she would like to do
so i ordered this half suit bee suit
to protect the face and upper extremities
for those times when i take a quicky look
at the bees
so
since she wanted to look real bad
i suited her up in the half suit
she added
jeans and thick socks and shoes
so no attack would happen to her
well
now i warned her its hot out there
in all that stuff
so here she is in all her grandeur
now i had her stand at the end of the top bar hive
out of the way of the flight pattern of the bees
acoming and agoing to get nectar and water
my wife she was like a kid in a candy store
she especially got excited when
we were able to see the queen bee
then
she says
im getting kind of hot in all this and i feel dizzy
i could just see her fainting
falling head first
into my top bar hive
squishing all those bars of honey
performing beenocide
not a pretty sight it would have been
so
off she was sent inside to the air conditioning
satisfied as she could be
since she had seen the queen bee
maybe the fall would be better for me to look
at these she said
now the flowers are diminishing around here
reducing the sights where the bees can get nectar
they have to fly farther and farther away
however i did find them on
our texas sage which had just bloomed
when you look at the video
turn the volume up and listen
that sound when you are up close
makes you appreciate the bees
and
nature as a whole
a true moment of zen
