number one again

NUMBER ONE AGAIN
as i wrote once before
sad to say
this is not about football
maybe
next year or the next...

its about something i have been a supporter
since its inception
and
until there is another better system set up
i will remain one

its ok to complain about it i guess
but
if you complain to me about it
you are talking to the hand

find a better system then lets talk
i dont see one on the horizon

so
if this obamacare is what we have to deal with
then
lets start tweeking whats wrong with it
to
make it better

ie quit whining
do something about it

to the hand please

now
after two years we now have a number one state
who has the most underinsured residents
than any other state
thats the longhorn and aggie  baylor red raider frog state
texas

maybe put some of that football effort into fixing that
sad statistic

they have a 21% uninsured rate
two southern states arkansas and kentucky had over
20% uninsured but now have plummeted down to
9%
why
they have a unique mix of private and government plans that
they set up

most of the highest numbers of uninsured are elsewhere
in the south and the interior midwest
the south has a poor record of health care compared to
other areas

in the northeast the rates of uninsured is less than 5%

so the system is working in some states
so
cant we make it better
here

i know doctors who complain about obamacare policies
but
since ive looked at most of them in the state
there are good ones and bad ones
some folks just chose bad ones
the good ones function just as well at the private insurances

the bad ones are like the old hmos of the past
and
the bad medicare advantage plans or as i like to
call them the disadvantage plans

so lets weed out those bad plans like they did with
the medicare advantage plans

lets make this all work
since its here to stay

what if all the effort that was put in congresss attempt to
overturn obamacare
what if what if
that effort could have been channeled into making
it a better system

again
nah
that would be too easy and the right thing to do

come on texas
fix this like you are fixing the ut longhorns football program
get your priorities
straight
